Cooking time: 25-30 minutes

Serves 4

3/4 lb. chicken, cooked & cut into strips

1 1/2 c. broccoli

1 1/2 c. cauliflower

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. cheddar cheese

1 t. lemon juice

1/2-1 t. curry powder

1/8-1/4 t. cayenne pepper

1/2 c. slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 375.

Place chicken in 8 inch square pan.  Top with cauliflower and broccoli.  Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, curry, and cayenne; spoon over vegetables.  Sprinkle with almonds.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.  Stir before serving.  Serve over rice.
